You will also learn the physiology of trauma, discussing its types, effects on the nervous system, and survival responses, crucial for somatic therapy. Be introduces about pendulation and titration techniques for trauma healing, highlighting their importance in managing trauma responses. Explore the vagus nerve emphasizes its role in nervous system regulation, covering concepts such as neuroception and Polyvagal theory, while demonstrating how MER techniques can enhance vagal tone and promote resilience. Together, these videos provide foundational knowledge for understanding and addressing trauma within the body.
