Develop Your Potential

The Integral Body Institute (IBI) was created in 2012 by Nisarga Eryk Dobosz and Giten Tonkov. In 2014 Satyarthi Peloquin joined the team. After considering ways that would allow us to be a support and effectively share our groundbreaking somatic methods to which we are fully and passionately devoted, we created a professional and recognised training centre. Our goal is to help others live a fuller, healthier and more conscious life.

Every one of us is fuelled by the experience of developing our own life potential and the constant evolution of ourselves, our work and the methods that we use. Dedication to professional excellence through personal development and transformation remains the main goal of IBI.

Years of working with our methods, and of teaching thousands of people, has enabled us to perfectly understand that healing always begins with ourselves – this is where your life journey with IBI starts.

Our professional and experimental training courses and workshops are an opportunity to work deeply on oneself, to discover one’s full potential as an individual and as a professional practitioner of bodywork and breath work, bringing others relief from pain and trauma, with the help of appropriate methods.

Our team is made up of world-class specialists who fully support their students’ progress, not only during the sessions but also beyond. We share our experience from our paths of professional and personal development.

"We believe that a career in the art of healing is an infinite process of learning and development, experiencing oneself and deepening the body's consciousness which continues to bring us closer to fullness and health."

Nisarga Eryk Dobosz

Nisarga began his journey towards learning massage, breathing and healing work by learning Pranayama (yogic breathing) at a yoga school in Warsaw in 1998. In 2005, his spiritual quest and interest in deep inner healing brought him to the OSHO International Meditation Centre in Pune, India, for the first time, where he discovered revolutionary breathing therapies and meditation techniques. They were being taught by the deceased Indian master Osho and his students. The desire to learn and to deeply understand the human body and its language led Nisarga to the roots of the work on the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Over the next 10 years he travelled to many places around the world – in Asia, Europe and America – where he lived, studied and practiced various techniques of breath work and bodywork, as well as meditation techniques, starting with Zen, through branches such as Sufi, Tao, Buddhism and Tantra, ending with master Osho’s teachings.

Since then, he has become a full-fledged therapist and trainer of bodywork, specialising in such bodywork techniques as: Biodynamic Breath work & Trauma Release System®, Myofascial Energetic Release and Lomi Lomi Nui massage.

In 2012 Nisarga became co-founder and director of the Integral Body Institute. Since then, Nisarga has also begun to popularise his knowledge through the Body Awareness Institute he founded in Estonia. He also offers training on bodywork and breath work in Bali and Turkey.

Everything he does shows his love for people. Nisarga shares his knowledge both through individual sessions as well as group classes. Serving people and supporting them on their way to healing and inner development is a source of great joy and fulfilment for him. He is deeply grateful and honoured to be able to help and train thousands of people over the years. He admires his clients and students for their great courage, their strength and will to work on themselves.

Nisarga considers the human body a temple that deserves to be treated with the utmost respect and admiration. Thanks to this, his work reaches a level of true craftsmanship, the basis of which consists of the desire to understand and to trust the body’s infinite ability to self-regulate and self-heal.

Nisarga is passionate about promoting the optimal state of health through adequate diet, exercise, relaxation and – importantly – breathing. He is the embodiment of his beliefs, as he lives healthily and harmoniously, following his personal motto:

“you cannot teach others something you are not”.

At IBI Nisarga runs the BBTRS and Lomi Lomi Nui trainings as well as breath workshops.

Simon Calder

Founder and creator of the Qigong Life Force Dynamics method. Simon started taking part in practices of Eastern approaches as early as age 5. He began with practicing judo and elements of mindfulness towards the body and compassionate respect towards others. At 13, he was introduced to a Benedictine monk, who introduced him to the Western spiritual teachings by Teilhard de Chardin and other Western esoteric systems of enlightenment.

At 17, Simon began learning from a Taoist master from China, Choy, who taught him the Taoist perspective of understanding life and mindfulness, Chi-Kung, as well as caring for one’s inner energy.

Simon studied painting and graphic design and used to run an artistic studio at Art College. However, he left Great Britain to permanently bond with Asia, discovering this continent over many years. He studied in India, Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia and Bali.

He practiced with shamans and yogis in Nepal, with Chinese masters in Malaysia and Bali and with yogis and tantric teachers in India and Bali. The result of these travels and practices is a deeper understanding of the properties and connections between Mindfulness and the fascial-muscular matrix. Sharing this understanding, cultivating it through Yin Yoga, Chi-Kung and Mindfulness has become Simon’s passion on his way to freedom through compassion and understanding from the perspective of mind and body. He now passes on the secrets of Qigong Life Force Dynamics to students in India, the UK, Thailand, Bali, and under the IBI banner – in Poland.
